Updating Test Results

Test results are provided by EMSL. They are downloaded automatically once available on the EMSL platform. In order for this connection to work properly

  • The customer must activate their test on the customer portal
  • The customer must sign their chain of custody form

Once the chain of custody form is signed, the app will generate a reservation number from the EMSL platform. This reservation number connects the test in the app to the EMSL reporting platform. When results are ready, they will be automatically sent to the app.

Results can also be manually input. Here's how you can update the results from start to finish.
