Searching in The Dust Test App

Searching in The Dust Test app is easy and pretty flexible: you can search for an order by the order number or by the customer name. On top of that, most records within the app offer mulitple ways to filter or directly search.

What can I search for in the app?​

Customers​

When searching for customers, you can search by

  • Name, either first, last, or both
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address, either billing or shipping address

Orders​

You can search orders by

  • The order number (either app generated or imported from an external system)
  • Customer, full name or just partial names works fine

Tests​

You can search tests by

  • Test activation code
  • Customer (once the test has been activated)
  • Shipment tracking number
